I have always preferred the other side of the camera, but it wasn’t until I started making images with disposable Kodak’s for fun on the weekend that I found my eye. We all carry a camera in our pocket, but shooting film gave me pause. It made me look closer with every exposure; the light, the frame, the intention. When I started, I would have never claimed to be a photographer, but it has become the way I navigate the world around me. One frame at a time.
